CCTV Drain Inspection

In our experience, we have found that more than 95% of new homes have defects in the Storm water and Sewer drains. These vary from punctures in pipes caused by star pickets used by the concreters at slab stage through to fractured or dislodged risers as a result of construction activities or site cleans.

We have also found that shower wastes / branches can be subject to a build-up of screed material or glue from tiling which can cause blockages.

To assist with locating and tracking these faults we offer the following; 

CCTV Inspections of Storm Water, Sewer and Aggi Drains
Inspections can be conducted post slab pour, pre-handover and as part of Structural Movement Inspections

As part of the Inspection the following is supplied:

USB Memory Stick of the Camera Inspection
Written Report Including site plan detailing location and nature of any breaks. Camera still pictures of the breaks and location marked with a stake
Piece of mind that a comprehensive, independent inspection has been conducted and a USB memory stick of this survey can be presented to the client at Handover.
